Silver Membership
Health and Safety
As for Bronze STAR membership but including:
A bespoke Policy and management System appropriate to the size of the organisation and risks, plus ‘DIY’ Risk Assessment Templates for completion by the Client.
Up to 3 hours a month dedicated support*.
Up to 3 scheduled inspection visits over the 12 month membership†.
Annual audit of the Safety Management System on renewal of membership including updating/revision of documentation as necessary.
10% discount on training supplied by Providence Training.
20% discount on additional health and safety consultancy services.
† For multiple premises the inspection visits will be divided over the 2 shceduled visits.
Quality Assurance
A bespoke Quality Policy and management system matching the criteria set out in BSEN ISO 9001:2008 as appropriate to the organisation and its products/services.
Templates for recording Quality performance, non-confirmities, etc. for completing by the Client.
Up to 3 hours a month dedicated support*.
Aunnual audit of the Quaity Assurance System on renewal of membership including updating/revision of documentation as necessary.
*If the Silver membership includes Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental Support the 3 hours will be split between the 3 membership elements or allocated to one membership element as agreed monthly by STAR and the Client.
Employment Law Advice
Review of contracts of employment and either revision of these if necessary of provision of up to 3 forms of contract.
Disciplinary, grievance and capability procedures.
Full set of standard day-to-day employment documents including staff handbook, useful letters, form and other templates.
Up to 4 hours per year of additional employment law support and/or legal advice.
10% discount for further employment legal assistance.
10% discount for other forms of legal services for member.
10% discount for other legal services for member’s emplyees and their immediated family.
Environment and Sustainability
A bestpoke Environmental Management System matching the citeria set out in BSEN ISO 1400 as appropriate to the organisation and its products/ services.
Templates for recording Environmental performance, non-conformities, etc. for completing by the Client
Up to 3 hours a month dedicated support*.
Annual audit of the Environmental Management System on renewal of membership including updating/ revision of documentation as necessary.
